Azra
Tattoo Artist
Greetings! My name is Azra Hérault, and I have been a tattoo artist since 2021.
Before we even talk about styles or colors, there is one thing I would like to share: it is an immense honor to be chosen by someone who wishes to wear a creation of mine for the rest of their life. That trust is the very foundation of the way I approach my work. Every project is treated with care, thoughtfulness, and the utmost respect for the person who entrusts it to me. Be prepared for a few questions… Actually, quite a lot of questions, because understanding your intentions before I even put pencil to paper is an essential part of my creative process. I’m also here to show you possibilities you may not have considered—after all, this is forever!
I am a deeply curious artist. I love to understand, learn, build, and explore new ways of creating. Tattooing has become my medium of choice, but my inspiration reaches far beyond it. Fantasy, mythology, nature, science fiction, video games, illustration, and craftsmanship constantly fuel my imagination and shape the way I design each piece.
I have a special love for custom projects, where an idea, an emotion, or an entire world gradually takes shape through our conversations. To me, a tattoo is far more than a beautiful image; it is a work of art created for one specific person, designed to belong naturally on their body and to retain its meaning and strength over time. Whether it’s your very first tattoo or your twentieth, a humorous piece or an ambitious cover-up, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels heard, respected, and free to express what truly matters to them. The most meaningful projects are always born from a genuine collaboration between two people who share a passion for the creative process.
Every time I meet a client, I feel as though I am peeking through the peephole of a door. For a brief moment, you allow me to glimpse a part of your world: your memories, your passions, your wounds, your dreams, and everything you choose to share with me. I never see the whole room—only what you’ve brought close enough to the door for me to see. My role is to translate your intentions into a piece of art that will naturally find its place within your own universe.
At the end of the day, I don’t simply aspire to tattoo beautiful images. I hope to create pieces that will still hold meaning for you ten, twenty, or thirty years from now. If, in my own way, I can help tell even a small fragment of your story, then I will have fulfilled my quest.
Thank you for letting me step into your world, even if only for a moment. I promise to take good care of it.
May the Force be with you!
